This policy explains refunds and cancellations for SmolBusiness, operated by CoPower Technologies, a Registered Partnership Firm. SmolBusiness is a software platform (SaaS) for sellers to run their own online store. We do not process, hold, or settle customer payments, so it is important to distinguish between our platform subscription and the orders a customer places on a seller's store.
01: Platform Subscription
Sellers pay SmolBusiness a software subscription on the plan they choose. A free tier is available so you can try the platform before paying. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@smolbusiness.in and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the disputed amount. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.
02: Customer Orders
When a customer buys from a seller's store, the customer pays the seller directly using the seller's own UPI ID. SmolBusiness never receives, holds, or routes this money.
Refund eligibility, timelines, and return conditions for any product are set by the individual seller. If you are a customer seeking a refund or have an issue with an order, please contact the seller you purchased from.
03: Cancellations
A customer wishing to cancel an order should contact the seller directly. Sellers are expected to handle cancellation and refund requests in good faith and in line with their stated store policies and applicable Indian consumer law.
